On 'Push' days, you'll focus on exercises that engage your chest, shoulders, and triceps. 'Pull' days emphasize back, biceps, and rear deltoids. 'Legs' days concentrate on lower body workouts, including exercises for quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. The cycle of three days on and one day off provides your body with the necessary recovery time while maintaining a consistent training rhythm. You'll have the flexibility to complete these workouts on your own time, fitting them into your schedule seamlessly. To support your progress and keep you accountable, we offer weekly check-ins where our fitness experts review your progress, provide guidance, and adjust your program as needed. These check-ins ensure you're on track towards your weight loss and toning goals while offering continuous support throughout the journey. Upon completion of the initial four-week program, participants will have the option to progress to Phase Two. This advanced phase offers additional challenges, variations, and new exercises, building upon the foundation established in Phase One.
